The annual cost of joining the Bel-Air Association is $550 per membership. For four (4) properties you will be charged $2200/year.
BAA Membership will auto-renew one year from the date you pay your dues. You may cancel at any time. Please make sure cancellations are made before the auto-renewal date to avoid being charged. Refunds will not be given.
