The Bel-Air/Beverly Crest Neighborhood Council (BABCNC) has updated its Party House Handbook. Any resident who is impacted by a nuisance property should take a moment and read the procedure necessary in order for the city to take action against the property owner.
The Bel-Air Association encourages its members to call the BAA office if they need assistance in dealing with a nuisance property.
