Letter from a neighbor:

“This is just one family’s opinion, but I think it’s fair to say we all are sick and tired of construction and food trucks in Bel-Air. Almost every resident has dealt with the hassles, the noise, the dust, the lack of parking, the speeding trucks, the smell of food, the haul routes, the potholes, the trash. I think we all feel each other’s pain. I just want to say that if your family’s solution is to put up cones or stanchions in front of your house to avoid construction parking, you are just making it another neighbor’s problem. As well, unless you actually own the right-of-way in front of your home (very few people have actual easements), it is the property of the City, and it is not there for your personal use.”
