Senate Bill 50 (SB 50) update:

Senate Bill 50: That high-profile housing legislation cleared a major hurdle in the State’s Governance and Finance Committee by a 5-1 vote on Wednesday.  The Bill has been strongly opposed by  San Francisco, Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.

Measure EE:  The LARGEST single property tax of its kind on the June 4th Special Election Ballot

Measure EE is a vote to increase property taxes on all homeowners, renters and businesses. The 16-cent per square foot tax on all properties will flow into the LA Unified School District’s general fund with no requirement that revenue be spent in the classroom or on our kids.

Election Day: June 4, 2019

Voter Registration Deadline:  May 6, 2019

Absentee Voters:  Look for vote-by-mail ballots week of May 6th

Poll Voters:  Polls are open 7AM - 8PM on Tuesday, June 4
