Last Saturday, September 7, 2019, a dangerous skydiving stunt was observed by Bel-Air residents and reported to the BAA office. The skydiver landed on a rooftop deck of a property owned by developer Donald Brolin during a house party. The property is often the site of parties of a business/corporate nature by renter, Dan Bilzerian. The LAPD has been informed and the stunt is under investigation by the FAA.
