Among the Orders to Comply issued by LADBS for Nile Niami’s $500-million-100,000-square-foot single family dwelling he calls “The One” at 944 Airole Way, is the installation of a Geobrugg soils nail and netting system to stabilize the slope.  

Work crews on the Stradella Road side of the property expect it will take two to four months to install the stabilizing system.
