A disturbing video appeared on youtube of a cyclist who travels down Stradella Road at a dangerous speed. While most cyclists who ride on our challenging roads are aware of the dangers on the road and drive cautiously, here is video of one who does not care about his life or the lives of others. Please take care when driving our hillside roads.
